Manitowoc Ice is known for quality service training and strives to maintain this level of excellence in aftermarket support.  In an effort to continue providing this quality training and to provide additional benefits for attendees, Manitowoc Ice Service Training is pleased to announce that it has been established a a North American Technician Excellence (NATE) Training Provider, now for Both Field and Factory Face to Face Training.

Field Service Seminars are 1/2 day and 1-day seminars conducted by factory personnel. Contact your Manitowoc Distributor for dates, locations, and times (International, Canada, USA). Enter USA zip code, Canadian Province, or country name to retrieve the distributor name and contact information.

Regional Service Schools

Regional Service Schools are a 2-day intense service training seminar held at Antelope Valley College (A.V.C.) in Lancaster, California for experienced refrigeration techs, taught by Manitowoc Ice factory personnel. This training is designed to provide in-depth technical training on installation, operation, diagnostics and repair of Manitowoc Ice Products. This is an advanced program for experienced service technicians only. All equipment is operating for hands-on training.

*This course is only offered to west coast companies.
